Hi Desolate,
My case details exactly match yours. Aug2004. EB2/RIR, Minn, No regional, No 45 day letter, and case number T05206-xxxxx.
The case number might have changed to a D subsequently, but I have no info.
I tried to call DBEC today, but they refuse to talk to the beneficiary. So I have contacted my stupid attorney, and hopefully, he can get some info.

how did you find out case status? i thought they didnt show it anymore in 7 yr emails.

I'm very glad to inform you that i just checked my mail and i got a letter from DBEC saying that my LC was finally certified. finaly out of this bloody pain.

hang on there. my case, with many others, show that DBEC is certifying cases for which they sent letter in the last 2 months quickly after getting the reply. u r next.
 
Finally 1 little bit of good news for me!

I got my 45 day letter today, so step 1 is a little bit further along the line, and I finally know where my application is sat at! My attorney said that she was responding to the letter today and anticpates LC approval late June or early July.

So... updates for the tracker time!

Priority date has been confirmed as April 22nd 3004. It is at DBEC (and not Pbec as I had feared).

Case number D-05196-xxxxx.

Step 1 may be nearly over

Congrats. I hope/wish they start processing old cases as well.
