State cases are being approved indeed, I personally know of a lot of people who's cases never made to the regional office but got approved, particularly since the start of this year (2006).

My bad to ask for comments on this thread. I can't agree more that we keep this thread for tracker cases. To quickly answer Zgreen's question, as far as I know, DBEC has not approved any TR cases at State level without any ads. posting yet. But DBEC has been approved RIR cases even at State level, or those Remand State (RIR/TR) cases.

They say they are not aware of this issue, I would reccommend to use 10 minutes of your time to send email to below persons. Maybe something will come good out of this.

Instead of being silent readers and venting your frustration out in this forum and watching movies and drinking beer just write a letter....

I got two responses from two news channels, all they are saying they will do the research and they are not aware of this situtation DOL has created. But they want more real stories from different people...

PBEC Case Misclassified as TR

Hi Guys,
Need advice on getting my case correctly classified as RIR. The SWA approved it as RIR before it went to regional. But looks like the PBEC mistyped it as TR.

My lawyer is not very helpful. She sent an email to PBEC requesting to change this (no response yet) and she has no plans of calling them up. Sucks!

Those who have gotten such corrections made, please let me know. Is there a telephone number where my employer can call and get this corrected. How long did these corrections take place.
