Beard on DV lottery picture

hi all, :)

does beard (lite one and dense one) on picture for a DV application affect chances anyway ?

and i wanna know another thing plz,i'm Algerian and i'm actually on the 6th year of medicine courses in algeria , i haven't yet my doctorate diploma only when accomplishing the seven years, so on DV application should i chose : Some university courses OR Doctorate level courses ?

What you chose does not really matter as long as you have the minimum qualification plus a Medical qualification is not equivalent to a Doctorate. I'll advise you to go with "some university courses".
Beards generally don't cause trouble unless they obscure some important feature such as your mouth, nose or ears. It is understood that some people keep beards for religious reasons. If you can, make it thin and presentable.
 
Any disqua lification on account of DV photo?
I see that one needs to carry two photos on the day of interview.
