BCIS processing time - TSC always the last

All service centers except TSC has published the new processing time. The delay is probably TSC must be deciding to post "NOV 2000" or "Dec- 2000" for I-485 processing time.

No the delay is because TSC is short on funds and the don’t have enough people to put out these regular (time consuming, resource sapping) updates. :-)

That is another reason. Probably they don't have enough staff to prepare this processing time:).

Surya,

The processing times have been out for a long time... all u need to do is check last month's update :). Sorry for being sarcastic, but i believe i find the latest info in this forum than their monthly update. And I would bet a dollar to a doughnut hole (just heard this expression from my colleague) that they have no clue about what they are processing.

TSC didn't publish their May processing times yet. They are still thinking about "NOV 2000" when other service centers are ready to publish their new processing time:).

Another TSC excuse:

You may find out if it's logical:
Their supervisor tell them that "sending Finger Print notice before approve I-485 case". Now, not all the I-485ers have got their FP notices, so TSC are busy in sending FP notices to ALL I-485ers before approve ANY SINGLE EB-based I-485 case. :D -- Their excuse: we are following supervisor's order, and one can only do one thing at time, OK?

-- They looks like going on the dead loop, like a dog keep running in a circle and trying to bite its own tail. -- No matter how many times they make I-485ers have their FP done. (I got first FP 1 month after I485 filed, and got 2nd FP notice before 1st one expired. also I see so many guys get their duplicated FPs). -- So here's another TSC excuse: You guys complained don't get FP, we sent you FP notices; now you guys complain getting too many FP notices -- what's your problem? Ah?

Any way, don't BLAME TSC! :D

Just 2 cents.;)

Any other thought???
