BCIS Online status

HI,

I was wondering if the online status message changes after the interview appointment letters are sent. I have had FPs and am waiting for an interview call. I need to be out of the country, and this way could know when to expect the letters.

Online status does not work.

One of my neighbors got citizenship 3 months ago , but his "online status" still shows "the file is Pending".

Thanks for the reply, mariahoneyy. I recall reading in another post about a "Case status not found" message appearing.

Also, how much in advance do they notify about interview? My regional/ local centers are Vermont/ Newark, NJ and PD Jan 13th 03. Any comments/ experiences requested.
