my wife\'s birth was not registered at the time of birth. we got her birth registered with date of 2000. is this ok or do i need to get non-availability cert. and two affidavits.

krishan patel i have already got non-availability cert. and am getting affidavits from India. the only problem is that when i got the non-availability cert. it was not on an official lettterhead but is on a plain sheet of paper with the official rubber stamp on the top and bottom. is that a cause of concern or will it do?
