Hi!

I registered my birth with municipal corporationlast year in 2003 before filing my I-485 which is late registeration of Birth , actualy my parents did't registere my birth at the time of birth i.e1975 Now I filled that Birth certificate to CIS I think I will get RFE for my Birth Certificate As my Birth is registered Late with municipal co-corporation they will not issue NON Availability Certificate. so if I get RFE should I submitt only Affadavit?


Please advise
 
I too had only a birth registration certificate made long after my birth and my lawyer thought it would be sufficient to include two affidavits from my parents alonh with the I485 application.
