Bay Area Folks! Let us meet!

I would love to come but your proposed time slots do not work for me. I understand we all have family commitments in evenings and over weekends. How about meeting early in the morning say around 7:30 AM on weekdays or say around 8:30 AM on a Saturday. Or on one evening, if we really care so much about this topic then we can probably meet at 7:00 PM.

what do you say?
 
Good that I took one last look at this site, I was about to go already.

Rescheduling: My only problem is that 5:30 is too early. 7PM would be a great time.

Meeting at early hours is a good idea. The fact is early hours are our own, Most of the time, no meetings scheduled at work until after 9am. At my work every body stays upto 6:30pm, 7:00pm, so its difficult for me to leave early as some body might want to discuss some thing in few minutes notice.

I prefer in the morning before 8:30am or after 7:00pm in the evening on working days. Weekends except for town hall meetings and CORE team conference calls, I prefer to spare time for my self and famly ofcourse :) .
 
Sorry about the last minute confusion. I apologize to anyone who may not have seen the cancellation message and went to Borders.

It wasn't clear to me if anyone other than Kashmir was planning to show up. I was in between meetings in office and I decided impulsively to postpone our (immigrationportal members) meeting. On second thoughts, I should have gone ahead and taken a chance. At the least, I would have met Kashmir and possibly others who may have showed up. Hopefully, we will meet sooner than later. Any suggestions for dates?

Meeting in the early AM hours is a good suggestion. Personally, I have a problem attending early morning because I have daily office meetings early in the day. But if it works out for most people, someone else should take lead and organize.

IMHO, any meeting with just 3 or 4 people is futile. Physical meetings are tough to make it for many people. Conference calls are easier. Kashmir, rk4gc, 140_4ever etc know the core team conference call number that you people can utilize. Alternately all of you can attend the core team conference call this Sunday at 11AM PST (2pm EST). We can all do some brainstorming. If you all agree for that, i can send you the conference call numbers by PM.

I will appreciate that you publish the teleconference number in the form itself so that many other people like me who would like to join the teleconference ( and stay outside bay area) can attend.
