what does LUD 1 and 2 mean? whats lud? whats PP? replies appreciated.

NC = Name Check, refers to the FBI name check that your application name will be submitted to, this is only after an applicant crosses the 1-140 stage. See the EB2/EB3 forum, there is tons of info on NC. Apparently people get stuck at this stage forever
