Basic Questions on DV200x, please help

Hi,

I realize this might not be a proper forum to discuss DV. However there are not many people in DV forum.

I have two simple questions on DV2004. Please help me.

1) I know that one does not need to list children who are under 21. But should he include their photos?

2) If one has filed for DV, does he still eligble for non-immigration visa such as B2, F1 later? Does this show "immigration intention" and disqualify B2, F1?

Thanks JoeF. I made a mistake. I know it is NOT required to list children who are married or 21 years older. But It also asks for all children's photo. I just wonder if children (21+)'s photos are needed or not. It does not make sense to me that unlist children's photos are needed.
