Basic H1, H4 Question . Please Help!!!!

Myself and my wife are on F1. I got a job recenly and working on CPT. The company is sponsering me H1. My wife's OPT expires in Dec 2005. But my OPT expires on May 2006. And I want the comapny to sponser H4 formy wife since her OPT is expiring before mine. Will the H4 be approved the same time the H1 is approved? I want to put the start date for H1 on 12/xx/2005 since I can use my Opt to max extent. please help me!!!

Tell the sponoring company to put start date as Dec 2005 so that your wife will maintain her status. Be careful, to make it happen your sponser must apply H1 first week of April 2005 to get Y 2006 h1 quota.Thanks.
