Bar coded DS156 form for visa revalidation

Hi guys,

I am filling out the new DS156 form for H-1B revalidation. One thing confused me. The DS156(on the department of state website) has a bar code area, but with no real bar code. Just printed the word" BARCODE" in that bar code space. Am I suppose to submit this form without a real bar code. Or can anyone tell me where I can find a DS156 with a real bar code on it.

Any info is helpful...

The following links will help you. You need to fill in DS-156 Eform on clicking continue it will generate the barcode. Then you need to take print out of the bar coded PDF and send it to St. Louis.
