Bank statement plz help

hi everyone
i want to get a bank statement. now i'm confused that i shound exchange my money to us dollars or not? someone told me that i can get a bank statement in another money unit and translate it and at the interview date they'll calculate. what do you advise me?

also can anyone describe for me how to get a medical examination test?

medical test: contact your country's US embassy for a lis of designated doctors/clinics.

bank statement: get your regular bank statement in your own currency and a printout from Yahoo financial page of the currency exchange rates on that same date as the bank statement was issued.
