Hello Guys,
I have little unpaid debt in commercial bank from my country. I don;t have any property in home country. Now it is impossible to me to pay the debt. But considering the high interest rate in my country and huge penalties I believe my debt will be doubled soon.
Can bank from my country track me here and ask USA to make me pay debt?
I might pay it when I get descent job but I don't want to contact my bank and told them I am here and I don't want to be engaged in negotiations with them. I also don't want my credit to be doubled. So I want bank to assess my situation and be fair in determining the amount I would have to pay.
So I need to know what are legal ways to make me pay? The amount is not so big so may be it doesn't worth for bank hiring lawyers and starting all that complicated process.
So any ideas, experiences?
