Good Word Done....

Peoplewith TD in April: did anyone of you tried contacting Baltimore for your Interview Dates. You would be almost completing 3 months of transfer and at least should start getting interview letters with ID in August.
If not, then I don\'t know when people like me with TD of June would get their interview done(Hopefully in this year at least....)

My case transferred to Baltimore at 18/05/01, ND 11/00. Four people in my family applied I-485 together and only two of our cases transferred. Is this normal, or do I need to call INS? Thanks!

Hey guys Anyone heard about Nandit Barua?These INS guys are really digging the ground to find out every possible detail about the case thats why the cases are transferred to local INS office.
There fore any guy who has problems regarding conitnui valid status or salary problem,Take care and prepare urself to take on the INS eye to eye.
INS guys dont know about half of the laws encated by thier department itself. There fore take a competetive lawyer with you to the interview.

You probably should confirm with VSC as all the cases(if they are your derivative) should have been transferred together so that during interview all of them could be adjucated at the same time

Hi vmb485..what is the first few digits of your EAC number.
Mine is EAC-01-00023-xxxxx and I was wondering since I have not heard anything yet.

I think it will be usefull if the first few digits of the EAC numbers are posted on this list as well. This can give us something to go by.

Thanks a lot for the suggestion. I asked my lawyer before and she wanted me to wait for a while. It has been about two more months and I haven\'t heard anything yet. I\'ll call my lawyer again to see if there is anything wrong.

Can you please let me know what inference can you derive from first few digits of the EAC number. I don\'t think Baltimore INS goes by RD/ND but strictly either by TD or when they actually enter it in their system as someone else suggested earlier or GOD only knows WHAT...
However if you think that could help us better, then let\'s do it.

Well. I am no expert, but someone on this site posted that the EAC number refers to the order that the case was received or something of the sort. For example in my case EAC-01-00023-xxxxx this I guess means fiscal year 2001, and the 23rd business day on that fiscal year.
This falls exactly on my RD. I though this might help.
