Baltimore Transfer - Checked with INS

Hi All,
   My case was transferred to Baltimore on May 18th 2001. I just checked with Baltimore that my case was entered in the system on July 18th. I was told that they will schedule the interview notice within 120 days of transfer.
  Looks like it will be year end.

Mine was transfered 05/18 as well. Can you give the number so I can call too and find out when mine was entered. 120 days is the max?

   The number is 410 962 2118. However they do not give the information over the phone. I had to make a personal trip to BT\'more.

It\'s pathetic that the case is entered two months after it is being officially transferred. Do you know whether they received it late from VSC or they entered it so late in their computer system.
Now, would your interview be set as per TD or this date.

   I think the interview date would be set per the date entered in the system. Tough Luck for me I guess.
