Case pending since 2002

Hi Everyone,

Submitted my case in beginning of 2002
Finger prints after a month - April 2002
First Interview: same month - April 2002(he told me, INS will get back to me soon).
Second Interview Call : April 2006, Interview cleared and officer told me I need to get Name Check.
Finger Prints : 04/04/2006 (very next day)....now it pending

Once I read an article about FBI Name check in which he/she mensioned that name, country and religion is a key factor for delay.

Well I am a Baltimorian also. I filed my marriage based application in September of 2004 (yes, looooooooooong time ago). Last week, my namechecks were finally cleared and I was told that the case should be adjudicated within 30 days. I haven't been interviewed yet. I am counting days, and checking mail daily in the hopes of receiving an interview notice :)

Any body waiting on an IL in Baltimore? Below is my Timeline, almost 6 months since we received the EAD and AP
