Please help: Middle Name
Guys,
1) All my legal documents, (except Undergraduate and Highschool diploma): passport, Masters Degree transcrip, H1b visa, etc. does not have middle name initial. Do you think it will creat a problem?
2) second, when we filed the income taxes, the accountant never put my wifes middle name intial in the form. will that be a problem? Her all legal document has her middle name initial.
Please share if you have any information or are in the same boat.

I was not asked for it. But I had taken it, and had notarized it. I don't hink you need it.

I am not sure. I have to check the Envelopes. I think it is VSC.
The funny part is, we received welcome letters after the cards arrived, like approval notices, which mention, that your cards have been ordered, and it will take ....
And we got 2 notices each, so there were 6 letteres from VSC the same day!
And that certainly arrived from VSC, a week after the cards arrived.
Maybe I will ckeck to see if I still have the envelopes, in which the cards arrived, and let you know.
And the online status check about which everybody is so thrilled, says the following as of today
"On August 05, 2002, we transferred your I485 APPLICATION TO ADJUST TO PERMANENT RESIDENT STATUS to another INS office for them to schedule and conduct your interview. Scheduling can take several months. That office will notify you when they schedule your interview or take other action on your case."

by bank manager. u must have submitted when you filed 485
if you have a dependent

Taking Baby to Interview
Hi All.
Our lawyer recommends against taking Baby to interview, says they do not like it at Baltimore. He is not included in application.
Have you guys been to interviews with children who are not in application?
All our friends are at work, ..etc. So it will be difficult to arrange something at this short notice.

Baby in Interview
Hi NIC-I485.
Baby was born after I-485 filing, here in the US. We've never left the US since we filed I-485.

Interview was very cool. Nice lady officer did't ask much.
She looked my file and asked for driving licence, stateid,
ead, i94 passport, employer letter, w2 forms.
She asked some criminal related questions.
She took our fringerprints and stamped on the passport.
I did't take my kid to interview cuz she borned here.
It was very cool . Dont worry guys god is with us.
Let me know any concerns...

Guys,
My wife and myself, when for interview. Things went OK. I guess.
But the officer did not stamped the passport.
She said everything is fine but she need to check something and It will take a weak to make a decision. Is that unsual? is there anyone in the same boat?
