The transfer notice were sent to me.
Not heard anything from Baltimore office yet.

Yes, I am under EB3. As I mentioned earlier, my
case was transferred to Baltimore last 4/27/01.
My ND is 10/12/00 and FP is 12/26/00.

Could somebody tell me INS is transfering the cases to Baltimore is for the people who filed IN VSC and who lives in and around Baltimore?
My ND is Oct 00 and I didn\'t hear any news yet? and I saw people who filed in Oct, Nov, even Dec 00 got transfered?

I believe not all who filed in VSC and lives near
Baltimore area will get transferred to Baltimore
office.

We are not really sure of the approach INS is taking
right now. I think though definitely a large number
will be transferred to lighten the load at VSC.

My brother-in-law who\'s ND is 10/00 and FP 2/01 has
not heard of any transfer fr VSC yet...

Did you recd Transfer notice at yur residence mail address or your attorney recieved it? Cause IIO at Vermont told me that only attorney recievs the notice not the applicants like you and me.

Calculate 18 months from the date of the RD and then take away one month. That\'s how it worked for me!
So, if you filed in January of last year then you will have the interview notice in May \'01

Hi Nandit:

Pretty much in the same boat. Officer D was the evaluating officer.
Went for my interview on August 9, 2001. She said she needed to confer with her supervisor and would get in touch with us via US Mail.

Tired and frustrated!!
