Bajis's new FP

Hi may01,

Thanks for the post. I've been visiting the board everyday. I haven't lost hope (yet!!).
:)

It's just that, recently 3 very good people got laid off in my company and guess who's taken their share of work

I did post about my 2nd FP experience in http://boards.immigrationportal.com/showthread.php?s=&threadid=80067

I did go for the 2nd FP and showed the all 3 FP notices. They said that since my 1st FP was successful, I didn't have to come (she wrote the same on my 2nd FP notice). Hope this helps.

More details

Did you have to ask for the second FP (call IIO to get it scheduled) or it came automatically?
I think several of us will be doing this soon.

I just called once on December 5th. The 1st notice came on Dec. 15th asking me to appear on Jan 2nd.

I didn't call after that. I have no idea why they sent me the 2nd and 3rd FP notices.

FP notice six times!!!

I have posted my experince with my wife's FP last week. We went to get her Fp'ed teh second time and the INS officicals said since my wife did her FP within the past 3 months, she doesn't ahev to. Anyways, the online status syasy differently:) Day before yesterday, I checked teh online staus for my wife's case, it ssaid it sent ANOTHER ( 6TH) FP notice for my wife! Now , sorry for the language but what the F*** is going on with these A**Holes!

Crazy F***ing MORONS !!!!!!

I'm losing hope, I tell ya!

u r not the only one

We all r loosong hopes guy. But if you have done it once and has checked with INS (call iio and check with them) that they have received it, it should be fine.
They are all A** holes, so what, We know how to handle them.

Do not worry, we are all together.

I too talked with an IIO just now about the dulpcate FP problem.

At first, he told that my FP was scheduled but the FP notice had been returned because of wrong address.
Then I mentioned him that I alreday did an FP and the AVM and online messgae have been updated to reflect that BCIS received my FP on April 16, 2003.

At this point he changed his stand and said that he was looking at the wrong place and confirmed that BCIS received my Fp on April 16. He added that to be on the safer side I should do the next FP also.

My concern is, I am working and temporarly living in a place which requires 6hours flight travel to the place I have to do the FP. I did this travel once..should I go and try my luck again??
