Can anybody please list out 10 pros & cons, Cost & time required between Excel Spread sheet and Developer 2000 forms for Creating Data Entry forms (interface) for Oracle Database using ODBC.???

I think you can write Stored Procedure inside the form which yu cant do in excel.
Also doing forms might be a good idea as yu are using an oracle product both in front end and backend.
