If you have the interview in your home country, the Consular at the U.S Embassy/Consulate will be able to speak the native language. No need for interpreter
If you have the interview in the U.S through USCIS, you might need an interpreter.
Thanks you for your reply bro I live in BURMA(MYANMAR). I'm afraid, the consular can't speak our native language. Does they have native interpreter. At this point, can I have a problem being my bad english.

Hard to believe that the Consular don't speak the native language. Depends how bad is your English. If you can type and read in this forum, it means you know some understanding of the English language. It should be okay.
I know that usually people who just learn English are always shy about their English so they always say that their English is bad, when the fact is their English is okay. As long as you can understand the Consular and you can reply back, that's all it matters.
I suggest start taking English lessons before going to the U.S. It would do you no good if you have difficulty speaking in English. Hard to get around in the U.S without knowing the language, especially when it's time to get a job. Unless of course if you know Spanish..that would be a different story.
