Regarding the G-235A form, do they check your previous addresses? If I was living in rented shared houses in UK while being a student, and the landlord didn't declare us all to the council (we used verbal contracts staying for less than a year), could I have any problems?
Regarding the court records, do you have to declare for example about going to court for threats and insults but where nobody was declared guilty?
Do they really check this kind of things?
