I have completed my EB-3 GC Interview 3 months ago and my case current status is Finger print has been applied to your case. Upon my call with USCIS agent yesterday he advised that my case is pending the completion of Background and Security checks before proceeding with the case! Seems very weird to me why this happens after the interview not before and should that take long time!!! Any thoughts on that please??
