My case went through "in process" -->"NOF" --> "Denied" -->"Appeal" -->"in process".

It seems to be a total experience. Is it true that I am the end of the queue after this?

Just received email from Info@PHI.DFLC.US. It is "final review" now. How longer does it take now?

I have been waiting for 3 weeks with final Review.. I had NOF, which we respnded to ....Hopefully yours will get certified soon. Just hang on, and let us know when it does.. this is the final step!

My case is also denied after responding to NOF. what are the chances of it being approved in appeal and how long does the appeal process take ? please reply with your experiences.

My lawyer tried to get me out of "appeal", as he thought the chances are slim and it may take long time.

sahil3, and others, please share the details why your cases were denied (and how did you appeal and won, in sahil3's case)? It'd help others to avoid any pitfalls?

As for being denied, I read many times on this forum that folks were certified after being denied. So hold on there...
