My Mom has visited me last year for 3 1/2 months on a visitor visa when she was given entry for 6 months.
Her visa was issued only for 1 year at that time in Dec. 03
She left US in July time frame.
What are the chances of her getting visa. Please advice.
She is planning to come to US in March/ April time frame.
I was wondering if they will say her that why you want to visit US again so early.
