Hi all,
I have a couple of questions:
1. I have a Bachelors of Arts (with Honors) in Economics from Delhi University. This is a 3 Year Bachelors Degree. PLUS I have done a professional IBM Certification course for 1 Year. PLUS I have over 6 Years of experience (very progressive) before I joined my current employer. Question: What are the chances of getting through in EB2 category??

2. One of you had mentioned getting credential evaluation from www.wes.org, I wanted to know if you have any idea what they will evaluate my credentials to (if we include the IBM Certification)

3. Do you have information of any GOOD lawyers in the north east, who have an expertise on these kinds of cases.

Any help will be appreciated.

Thanks,
Sachin

Inform this is for immigration purpose, include IBM certification.

Again, if the job description requires BS Engg or BS Comp Sci with 5yrs you may not qualify for EB2.

3. Do you have information of any GOOD lawyers in the north east, who have an expertise on these kinds of cases.

Any help will be appreciated.

Thanks,
Sachin

Thanks GreatGuru for your reply,

Given my situation, I have a feeling it will be possible to customize the application in a way that produces desired results. Now, It isn't really prudent to discuss these things in a public forum, I'll appreciate if you could send me your contact details on my email me@sachinahuja.com, I'd really be interested in discussing this with you further.

Thanks again,
Sachin
