I have a 3 years Polytechnic Diploma in computer science from India and 9 years of IT experience. For my Labor Certification 3 years Diploma was evaluated as 2 years US Associate Degree.

In ETA750A it says as “bachelor’s degree or equiv** and 2 yrs experience implementing SAP” “**candidates with 2 years associate’s or educational equivalent in computer science plus 4 years experience implementing SAP will be deemed equivalent to those with Bachelor’s degree in computer science plus 2 years of experience implementing SAP “. My labor got approved 2 days back.

Will I face any problem in 1-140 & I-485 stage for not having 4 years US degree?

Its speculative. USCIS should not be bothered as the labor was approved for you. But you might get an RFE but get an educational evaluation done and submit it along with your 140 application. Even if you haven't submitted, have it handy and submit it is an RFE is generated.

Again don't worry much, as I said it is highly speculative. An an RFE is very common now a days.

Hi gloucester:
I have similar education qualification (3 Years Diploma) and 11 years IT experience. I got my 140,EAD and AP approval after my Labor certification.
Don't worry too much, Defenetly you will get yours 140/EAD/AP/485 approval with your experience.

I am wondering whether mine should be evaluated as associate or 4 years bachelors ..
