Hi All,
I was recently rejected a visitor visa for taking step 2 exam. Here is the details of the interview -
VISA INTERVIEW
I- good morning
vo- why u want to go to united states?
I - to take my step 2 cs exam
vo-are u working?
i- yes
vo- where
i- (Post Grad University in India)
vo- wher u goin to stay in united states
i- XYZ
vo- with whom
i- my brother
vo-wat is he doin ther?
i- he is doin his fellowship in ABC
vo- show me ur score report
i- showed step 1 score report
vo-are u married?
i- no
vo-kept confirming information from his computer everytime n kept entering score n all
vo- sorry we cant give u visa this time
i- but why?
vo- when u are already working we dont see u need to go to united states?
i- because i want to do internal medicine
vo- no u are planning to move to united states
[ I feel i went wrong in saying yes i m working while actually i doin my postgraduation n its not same as working and i m still a student and after completing my course i want to pursue further studies in united states. i wanted to mention that my original documents are still with college so its definite that i have to cum back n complete my course. and its a long exam process so completing my steps with my course so as not to waste time afterwards. but i did not get chance to mention anything ]
