Hi Everyone,

Just needed some input from you guru.

My wife will be applying for a US visit visa (Philippines) because her company is inviting her to visit their branch here in US.

Is there a possibility that she will get denied because she has a pending petition?

Your input is very much appreciated!

Thanks!

sad

thanks triple citizen.

is there anyone here had the same experienced as my wife? please give us some tips during the visa interview.

Her company will sponsor her since its a business travel.

Thanks a lot.

Like me, my sister is a US citizen. Her husband of 16 years has never ever been refused a B-2 visa, even when having a USC wife and 4 USC children. I consider him a very lucky person :)

Wow!! that was great! he is really so lucky@! :D
If I may ask, what is his nationality? and since your sister is a US Citizen already, did she petition her husband when your bro-in-law gets the B2 visa?

Thank you so much!!!

Saudi Arabia. No, he is not the least bit interested in living in the US permenantly. He even worked in the US for 2 years on an L-1B and still never filed for AOS :)
