My sister is going to US embassy in New Delhi for visitors Visa.
My current visa(stamp)in my last employer's name has expired but the I-94 is valid till July 2004. My Current employer has filed for my H1 Transfer but it is not yet approved. I have sent previous I-797 approval notices and the latest receipt notice to my sister for the interview.
My worry is : Will it cause any problem for her visa if My H1 transfer is still in process.
