B2 Visa - How To Know Its One Entry or Mutli-Entry?

Hello

My girlfriend from Hong Kong just got her visa on Nov, 04 and she stayed in US for 3 months when the maxium is 6 months, and her visa has 10 years exp date on it.

I just want to know how can we find out if the visa is Only one entry or mutli-entry? like where to look from the visa on the passport? is there like a code or something?

If her visa is mutli-entry, does that mean she can come to US whenever she wants during the 10 years? i want to find out the answer asap, hope someone can answer me questions, thank you very much.
 
10 year visas are almost always multiple entry. Look directly below "ENTRIES", if it says M it is multiple entry. WIth a multiple entry visa one can enter US as many times as one wants, no need to get another visa for the next 10 years.
However the duration of stay in US will be governed by the date authorized by immigration officer and stamped on the I-94 card.

ONE LAST QUESTIONS, DO you think it is okay if my girlfriend come back to US again 2 months later? She just stayed here for 3 months.
I mean will she be at risk of got rejected at the POE?
