B2 Visa Help

My wife is from Romania and we are currently going through the green card process. Her brother wants to come and visit for a couple of weeks in February and does have an appointment for the US Embassy overseas but we think I may need to file some forms first. Do I need to send him an invitation? If so, what needs to be in it? Are there any other forms I need to file and with whom? Such as forms proving how much money I make and such like I had to for my wife for the green card.

Need Help on B2 Visa

Hi ..

I'm green card holder , planning to bring my elder brother to US on visiting visa .But problem is my brother mentally retarded, his age around 38 yrs old .
my mother having already Visting visa for 10yrs .
here are some questions for me :

1.can i send visiting visa papers for my brother.

2. or any other visa for this type persons to send visiting visas

please let me know anythig on this or any other site to get info or any other documenst i have to send with visiting papers .

please reply on this ,thnx in advance .
