B2 Visa for Parents and sister

Hi,
I wish to apply visitor visa for my parents and elder sister to attend my graduation ceremony.

I have a brother who is US citizen.
Should they apply all together?
Should my sister and my Dad apply?
Should I be the sponsor or should my brother or both.

I am on F1 visa applying for H1, I am already working.
