Hello all,
I'm a greencard holder, and would like to bring my sister for a visit in U.S. Anyhow, I was doing some research online, and found out that the most important thing is to shw U.S Embassy that she has strong ties with her current country of residence.
My sister intends to go back indeed, but I was wondering what are th best ways to show the U.S Embassy that. Is a bank account statement enough ?
How much money should she have in her bank account to establish a strong tie ?
I'm afraid that the fact she has two brothers and her parents in U.S will rises questions in the U.S embassy that she might be thinking to stay in the U.S for longer periods. However, she still have a brother in country of residence.
Could you please give me tips that will help her get the temporary visit visa.
