my dad is sponsoring for her daugher she lives in india. myself, mom, brother and my dad(sponsor) were us citizens.

my dad sponsored 2 times one in 2003 and one in 2004 both times were rejected 214b. now my sister gave birth to daughter.

to apply for 3 person sister age 32 her son 7 and her daughter 1.

how much is the visa fees for her daughter .

what is the chance for getting visa. her husband works in uae as a engineer. he wont h\be applying for us visa.
