Hi,
My H-1B expires in July 2007. My company hasn't filed the H-1B extension yet. They plan to do it in June using premium processing. Does the short validity on the H-1B adversely affect their visa chances?
Also, i have applied for my I-485 earlier and i have my EAD and AP with me. The EAD is valid till Nov 2007.
My confusion is whether i should mention my EAD or my H-1B visa in the I-134 affidavit of support.
I got married after filing for I-485, so my wife was not included in it. She is currently on H-4 visa which is valid till July 2007.
I am planning to sponsor for their visa instead of my wife. In that case, do i just avoid mentioning my wife's status? Do i need to attach the copies of her passport as well? Or will just mine do?
How about the personal invitation letter? I read somewhere in the forum that even my wife has to sign it. Should she sign it or not?
Appreciate a quick response,
Thanks,
KK.
