B2 Visa for Fiance'

I need some expert advice. I got green card two years back and is waiting for my citizenship..it will be another three years ...I want to bring my Fiance' here.. she will apply for visa in next few weeks..chances are slim that she will get a visa...she will go with her dad...that she is going to accompany him dur ing his US Visit...

- If I send them affidavit of support, is there a chance it will help?

- If she gets a visa..can she stay here for six months leave for two months and comeback again for six months?? I heard they question u a lot..if u r coming back in two months?

- Is there anyother way that she can get here fast?

If I apply for her immigrant visa..It takes 5 yrs to get that.

Any advice will be highly appreciated

Very frequent usage of a B-2 visa for prolonged stays will raise flags. Since you are a GC holder, you cannot sponser her as a fiance'. If you marry her, you can apply for her but that will be a long wait. If she qualifies for an H-1B or L-1A/B, then she can move to the US immediately. She can also got the F-1 route, but admitting to a US based fiancee' on her DS-156 may result in a denial.
