B2 Visa Extention

can anyone help me with a letter format to request extention for my mom. Her 6 months is ending on June 3rd and I am planning to file for extention for another 6 months....Any help would be appriciated....I am planning to send by tomorrow. Thanks

You will have to clearly state why does your mom require the extension with definite plans and dates indicated. For example if she plans to visit some new places, a list of such places along with travel plans will help.

Thanks!Do I need to show them tickets for visiting places or can i just write what places she wants to visit and want to spen more time with recently born grand child?

Highly recommend not to mention the recently born child. They would deduce that as ur mother working illegally as a nanny to the newly borned. This has been discussed several times in several forums. CIS policy is straightforward (though not fair): Visit visa is for tourists, Caring for newly born is a nanny's job.
