I am filing extension for my mom for 3 moths. Should I write the letter requesting the extension or my mom? Also in the application there is a question on if anyone else is preparing the application. DO I have to mention that or is it only for Lawyers. Thanks
 
Present the application as if you mother is the author. Just make sure the justification for an extension request is water tight, or as close to it as possible.
