B2 visa: DS-156 form problem on Beijing US Embassy

Hi,
I downloaded DS-156 Applicaion form from http://www.usembassy-china.org.cn/visa/, and I noticed that the form has an expiration date of 8/31/2004. The form looks like expired, why do they still post them on the their website. Where can I get the most recent form except going to the Embassy because my parents live very far from Beijing? or any other alternative.
I thank for posting any similar experience.

They haven't got their new DS-156 form yet. So, this DS-156 (which it says expires 8/31/2004) is still valid. But if you know all the information about your parents, you can go to
https://evisaforms.state.gov/ds156.asp?lang=1
and fill the form online. At the end, once when you submit the application, it loads you Acrobat reader and shows the .pdf format filled form(even this form shows the expiration date as 8/31/2004).
