B2 visa and appt in Chennai

I am planning to bring my parents for a short visit. My father is 70 years old and is working as a consultant in an industrial explosives and chemicals plant. 1) Will he have problems with his visa because of his job?
2) It is taking more than 4 months to get an appointment in Chennai. I read in one of the visitor visa experiences that we can request for an earlier appointment.
How do we go about requesting for an earlier appointment?

well, you can ask for a waitlist appointment at www. ttsvisas.com and ask for any date which will be convenient for them to attend the interview. this is on first come first serve basis, so if you are lucky, you may get the appoint ment date advanced. they will give you any date from the date that you have asked for.
