will there be an impact on filing a new H1b application (stamp will be getting from home countrry not change of status) if you overstayed (out of status) on a B2 visa? eg. extending b2 visa for 6 mos, then got denied when the I-94 lapsed (b2 visa is void now) then filling a new h1b from home country...
