HI guys,
I am planning to bring my parents to USA in Summer 2006.
I came to US as a student. Now I am on H1B(from Oct 2005) but did not go for stamping.
So my passport still has F1 stamp on it. Do I have to go and get the H1B stamping or is it OK to send the Notice of Action (I 797). I also read somewhere that I have to send a copy of all pages of my passport.
Please help me guys,
