B2 for my grandfather

Hello,
I'm looking forward to have my grandfather come and visit me in US and is there anything that I can do to help him get a visa? He has never been here before, so this will be his first time. Are there any kind of official invitations that I could fillout and give to him so when he applies for a visa he has better chances to get one?
Also, my parents both have B visas and they have been to US few times, would this have any effect when my grandpa applies for one?

What citizenship does your grandfather hold? Where does he live? Where do his kids and other family members live? Is he retired? If so, does he own property where he lives? The answers to these questions will help determine his chances of successfully acquiring a B-2 visa.
