I have the following questions about my parents B2 visa extension :
1. Can a person stay back after receiving the receipt notice from INS ?
2. What happens if the approval is denied, how much time would we have for her return ?
3. Can we submit a copy of her I94 and not the actual ?
4. Can we apply for extension if they have written 'NO EOS' 'NO AOS' and 'NO COS' on the I94
5. How long does it take to receive the receipt notice ?
