B2 extension

HI Gurus,

I filied extension for my mom ( B2 extension ) and they recieved the extension applicaition . It's still under process . Now my mom has to leave for some reason . Is there any problem if she want to come next time ? because ger I-94 got expired and we filied I-94 extension before it's expired and she is leaving before she got any confirmation ?

If my mom leaves before her B2 extension result (approval/denial) arrives, but after her I-94 expiration date, does her B2 visa get invalid? What documents should she show/submit before leaving the US to make it clear to the authorities that she stayed lawfully even after her I-94 expired? Would presenting the application receipt from USCIS be sufficient?

According to 222(g), yes, the multiple entry visit visa becomes void. Having said that, it is the admitting officer's decision whether he/she wants to enforce 222(g) or not.
