B2 extension reasons

Hi

I am applying for an extension of B2 visitor visa for my mom. I am wondering what would be the valid reason to apply for the extension! I want her to visit some more places in USA during this visit itself as she may not be able to travel again from India due to the long flight.
Moreover, I am planning to purchase a house and want her to stay till I move into the new house and have a small party/function for the same. Can I mention this in the cover letter giving it as one of the reasons? If yes, do I have to show proof of purchase? If so, I don't have any documents yet in hand as I am still in the process of finalizing the purchase.


Any advice in this regard is appreciated.

You can use any reason to apply for an extension. Whether it does the trick is a different matter. Attach whatever you have that may warrant an EOS. Good luck!!!
