B2 extension of stay reasons

Hello,
I am on B2 visitor visa and planning to extend my stay in the U.S for next 6 months. I have some personal reasons. The question is, what reasons do people usually state to extend their stay? Thanks in advance!
 
The only acceptable reason is the truth. Why would you want to know what reasons others gave since they are not you?

If it is not a matter of great importance - like life or death medical emergency, don't risk losing your visa. "Personal reasons" sounds like having a baby or spending time with a boyfriend or family member.

The TRUTH for you is the ONLY acceptable answer. You appear to be trying to commit fraud by giving answers that are untruthful just because someone else has successfully used that reason for their extension.
 
why does everyone feel the need to be judgemental?
make them feel bad. maybe someone is willing to share and answer this person's question, and if not, why judge?
