My mother came to US on B2(visitors visa) in Nov 2006. Her I-94 expired in May 2007. We filed for an extension. We have the receipt number, no decision yet.
Meanwhile, we would like to file for GC, as I have become US citizen in June.
Any info on the papers to file is much appreciated. Like the forms to fill, evidence etc.
Please reply back if anyone did it before the same way.
Are there any complications in getting GC?.
